We believe training is a continuing process, not just something that happens in a classroom. Training happens every step of the way—during the sales demo, as we ask questions during the setup process, and more formally during implementation. We continue to provide our clients with training as new staff members are hired and new features are added to the software. Training is also needed as businesses grow and change— new modules are installed and additional reporting requirements are made by banks and management.

Most of our training services are provided on-site. When error messages occur or when a quick procedural refresher is needed, we use a remote control screen sharing tool to connect with our clients. We regularly send out tips reminding users of features that are frequently overlooked.
